Matriculants Urged To Make An Application For NSFAS Funding

As the 2024 National Senior Certification (NSC) examinations kick-off, Higher{Education and Training Minister, Dr Nobuhle Pamela Nkabane, has reminded all matriculants to seize the opportunity to submit an application for funding through the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS).

"The application window will close on fifteen December 2024, and there are not many days left to submit applications. Eligible learners are urged to apply promptly to secure economical guidance for their post-school education," Nkabane said.

Nkabane extended well wishes to all matriculants, who sat for the National Senior Certificate Examinations, with learners writing languages, English and Afrikaans Paper 3.

Nkabane reported this pivotal moment marks the end result of several years of hard work and encourages the Class of 2024 to approach their examinations with willpower and self-confidence.
